A Romanesque Revival/Queen Anne style rowhouse designed by A.B. Ogden & Son and built in 1889, and altered by Glick & Gelbman in 1954-55. Application is to install storefront infill, awning, signage, lighting and a through-wall louver.
169 East 71st Street
An Italianate style rowhouse designed by John Sexton and built in 1866. Application is to construct rear yard and rooftop additions.
14 East 60th Street
A Beaux-Arts style hotel building designed by R.C. Gildersleeve and built in 1902. Application is to alter the westernmost marquee, replace windows and doors, and install awnings and signage
781 Fifth Avenue
A neo-Romanesque and neo-Gothic style hotel building designed by Schultze & Weaver and Buchman & Kahn and built in 1926-27. Application is to install window display vitrines.
1048 Fifth Avenue
A French Classic style mansion designed by Carrere & Hastings and built in 1912-14. Application is to expand existing visible rooftop mechanical equipment.
11-15 East 75th Street
Two Queen Anne style rowhouses designed by William E. Mowbray and built in 1887-89; and one rowhouse originally built in the Queene Anne style in 1887-89 and redesigned in the neo-Federal style by Henry Polhemus in 1923.
