A rowhouse designed by Thom & Wilson and built in 1881-82, and altered in the neo-Georgian style by Grosvenor Atterbury in 1903. Application is to replace windows, construct rooftop and side additions, and alter the rear facade.

A rowhouse originally designed by Gage Inslee and built in 1876, and altered by J.M. Beringer in 1954. Application is to install storefront infill and awnings, replace windows, alter the front facade, and install areaway fences.

A row house designed in the neo-Grec style by D. & J. Jardine, built in 1880, and altered at the first two floors in the neo-Classical style by Herts and Tallant in 1902. Application is to reconstruct the existing rooftop addition.

A Queen Anne style rowhouse designed by John G. Prague and built in 1881-82. Application is to construct rooftop and rear yard additions and alter the front areaway.

A Romanesque Revival style rowhouse designed by James Henderson and built in 1887-89, altered in 1909 with the addition of neo-Classical style elements by Snelling & Potter, and altered by William H.
