A neo-Grec/Queen Anne style house designed by Charles Buek & Co. and built in 1886-87. Application is to legalize the construction of a rear yard addition without Landmarks Preservation Commission permit(s).

405-415 East 59th Street
A Beaux Arts style “through-type” cantilever bridge, spanning the East River between Manhattan and Queens over Roosevelt Island, designed by Henry Hornbostel and built in 1901-1908. Application is to install signs and to alter the area below the bridge
1295 Madison
A Modern/neo-Classical style apartment building designed by Rosario Candela and built in 1936-37. Application is to replace windows and install signage.
26 East 78th Street
An Italianate style rowhouse designed by Silas M. Styles and built in 1871. Application is to demolish an existing rear yard addition, and construct rear yard and rooftop additions.
1059 Third Avenue
The nearly completed Manuel Glas design at 1059 Third Avenue first received its zoning approval in 2015. Despite its plans being amended and approved by DOB multiple times, including the most recent zoning diagrams filed in November 2019, they still have serious errors and present odd solutions to make up
