A neo-Italian Renaissance style residence designed by C.P.H. Gilbert and built in 1922-23. Application is to install a guardrail at the rear facade, and to request that the Landmarks Preservation Commission issue a report to the City Planning Commission relating to an application for Special Permit pursuant to Section 74-711

A neo-Grec style rowhouse altered for mixed use, designed by Thom & Wilson, and built in 1880-81. Application is to replace storefront infill and install an awning.
105 East 73rd Street
A rowhouse designed by Thom & Wilson and built in 1881-82, and altered in the neo-Georgian style by Grosvenor Atterbury in 1903. Application is to replace windows, construct rooftop and side additions, and alter the rear facade.
FDR Four Freedoms Park: A Walking Tour
Designed by renowned architect Louis I. Kahn shortly before his death in 1974, this four-acre park at the southern tip of Roosevelt Island finally opened to the public in October 2012.
