A Beaux Arts style residence designed by the George F. Pelham and built in 1904-1905. Application is to remove a metal railing and construct a low wall at the roof.
45 East 66th Street
A neo-French Renaissance style apartment building with Gothic style elements designed by Harde and Short and built in 1908. Application is to construct a rooftop addition.
45 East 65th Street
A neo-Georgian style rowhouse designed by Hoppin and Koen and built in 1909-10. Application is to construct a rooftop addition, and to alter the rear facade.
605 Park Avenue
An apartment building designed by Sylvan Bien and built in 1953-1954. Application is to replace railings and install a canopy. An additional application is to establish a master plan governing the future installation of replacement windows, balcony enclosures, and through-wall HVAC units.
3 East 78th Street
A Francois I style town house designed by C.P.H. Gilbert and built in 1897-99. Application is to modify a masonry opening, construct a breezeway, and replace windows.

A neo-Grec style rowhouse designed by R.W. Buckley and built in 1879. Application is to reconstruct the facade.
