A rowhouse built c. 1871 and altered in the neo-Italian Renaissance style by A. Wallace McCrea in 1921. Application is to construct rooftop and rear yard additions and excavate the rear yard.
895 Park Avenue
A Classicizing Art-Deco style apartment building designed by Sloan & Robertson and built in 1929. Application is to establish a master plan governing the future replacement of terra cotta units.
