An apartment building designed by Sylvan Bien and built in 1953-1954. Application is to replace railings and install a canopy. An additional application is to establish a master plan governing the future installation of replacement windows, balcony enclosures, and through-wall HVAC units.

An Italianate style rowhouse designed by John G. Prague, built in 1879-80 and altered in 1919 and 1926. Application is to construct a rooftop elevator bulkhead.
815 Fifth Avenue
A building built in 1870-71 and altered in 1923 by Murgatroyd and Ogden, and subsequently stripped of ornament at the upper floors. Application is to demolish most of the building and construct a new building.
1040 Park Avenue
A Renaissance Revival style apartment building designed by Delano & Aldrich and built in 1923-24. Application is to establish a Master Plan governing the future installation of through-wall louvers.
