FRIENDS can support this application, as the proposed dimensions, materiality, shape, and color of the replacement solariums and the replacement windows on the 20th and 21st floors are appropriate. However, given the increased glazing on the solariums, we remain concerned about bird strikes and request that bird-friendly glazing measures be incorporated.
