The proposal at 715 Park Avenue is minimal and in keeping with the aesthetics of the original Emery Roth & Sons design. The limestone cladding to either side of the door is reminiscent of another building by the firm at 10 East 78th Street, and the flattened canopy is in accordance with the linear, geometric style of the entry.
