FRIENDS' Testimony:
16 East 84th Street has unfortunately landed in a sad state after four decades of alterations to the window bays on the front facade. Idealistically, this is the perfect opportunity to right the many wrongs and restore this townhouse’s original window configuration, but as it stands, we are glad to see at the very least that this application introduces uniformity between the two previously enlarged window openings on the third and fourth floors.
