FRIENDS' Testimony:

FRIENDS can support this application due to the limited and restorative nature of the proposed work. This includes the installation of through-wall penetrations above the fourth-floor windows on both the north and south façades, with louvers colored to blend into the existing façade. Additionally, we support infilling the openings left by previously removed A/C units with matching brick. On the south façade, we believe the removal of existing electrical conduits and other equipment would result in a visual improvement.
