FRIENDS' Testimony:

FRIENDS’ Preservation Committee does not object to an extension of a permit for this artwork on the facade of 992 Madison Avenue. As a neon sign, it relates to several historic neon signs on the Upper East Side, and we appreciate its relatively modest proportions, as well as the fact that it is temporary and will not cause damage to the historic facade when removed.
