FRIENDS' Testimony:
FRIENDS Preservation Committee does not object to this modest extension at the first floor of this large apartment building. We appreciate that its tan brick cladding will match the utilitarian nature of the rear facade of this large apartment building. Although visible through the alleyway gate on East 66th Street, the addition does not call undue attention to itself.
