FRIENDS' Testimony:
The Preservation Committee at FRIENDS finds the proposed rear yard addition and window modification to be acceptable. While the rear alteration is a peculiar treatment, we are grateful to see that the existing open space has been maintained and the glazing is divided. We ask the Commission to approve this application.
