FRIENDS' Testimony:

(10/27/15) The penthouse is highly visible from Central Park, and the existing arched openings and bay window add a level of charm to the rooftop structure, which would be diminished under this proposal. The Preservation Committee asks the Commission to work with the applicant to retain the historic configuration of window openings at the penthouse.
