CB8 Hearing: 5/18/26 (Approved)
LPC Hearing: 07/14/26

FRIENDS' testimony:
While FRIENDS’ Preservation Committee finds the proposed rooftop and rear yard additions appropriate, we object to the proposed light fixtures, which are incompatible with the building’s architectural character. We urge the applicant to replace them with fixtures that are consistent with the building’s historic design and draw inspiration from the neighboring rowhouses within this exceptionally well-preserved group of six.
