FRIENDS of the Upper East Side Historic Districts mourns the passing  of our beloved President, Anne Lalor Millard.

She will be missed for her indomitable leadership, affectionate friendship, ebullient humor and  love of her neighborhood.

MILLARD–Anne Lalor, age 78, died peacefully at home after a brief illness. She leaves her husband of 51 years, Peter deFlorez Millard, their four children, Richard, Hugh, Peter (Katrina) and Minnie (Brewster Carroll) and five grandchildren. Anne was warm, loving, smart and amazing with people. She gave and got a lot of love. Funeral private. Memorial Service at St Jean Baptiste – Lexington and 76th – Tuesday May 28 at 4:00pm. Memorial donations may be given to Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts and/or Park Avenue Armory.
