FRIENDS' Testimony:
The proposed rooftop expansion is an inventive way of working within the restrictions of the existing water tower. Although the proposal will add more glazing, our Preservation Committee appreciated the multi-paned appearance and minimal added height and visibility, and we feel that the design is spare enough that it will not draw attention to itself. FRIENDS supports this project.
