FRIENDS' Testimony:

FRIENDS Preservation Committee submits this testimony to express its concerns about the proposed addition of a storage unit to the top floor of this townhouse. We find the design of the storage unit to be awkward, even though it is small and utilitarian. It would also be visible from Park Avenue and the donut. We also question why the applicant feels the need for the storage unit to be located on the top floor, as opposed to a different location within the townhouse and request that the applicant reconsider the design of the storage unit and its placement on the top floor. The Committee would also appreciate the opportunity to review architectural drawings that better illustrate the proposed addition.
