FRIENDS' Testimony:
FRIENDS does not object to the canopy replacement. However, we understand that the proposed solarium parapet will be significantly thicker than the existing one and appear more permanent than a solarium. We respectfully request the client reconsider the thickness to sustain the visual harmony of the building’s side façade that is visible from Madison Avenue.
