FRIENDS' Testimony:

The owner of 21 East 69th Street refused to share this proposal with the Preservation Committee at FRIENDS. However, from the materials that our committee was able to examine, the proposed rear yard addition was found to be grossly inappropriate in size and aggressively out-of-scale with its neighbors. Furthermore, this massive addition would be visible from East 69th Street through the adjacent alleyway. We urge the Commission to reject this proposal.
