Sacred Sites Open House: Talk on Stained Glass Windows at The Church of the Holy Trinity

Join us on Sunday, May 21st at 3:00 pm at The Church of the Holy Trinity for a special presentation by historian and author George Bryant of his newly published book, Henry Holiday: His Stained Glass Windows for Gilded Age New York. The talk will be illustrated with photographs of Henry Holiday’s work from the new book. Following the presentation, George will give a tour of the church’s sanctuary, which features a full suite of of Henry Holiday stained glass windows. The event is co-sponsored by FRIENDS, The Victorian Society, and The New York Landmarks Conservancy as part of the Conservancy's annual Sacred Sites Open House weekend. Refreshments will be provided following the talk.

The New York Landmarks Conservancy’s 13th annual Sacred Sites Open House will take place on the weekend of May 20 – 21, 2023. This year’s theme, Congregations and Communities: 50 Years of Sacred Sites celebrates the social and cultural importance of New York State’s amazing ecclesiastical buildings.
