Hundreds of Thousands of 1940’s Tax Photos are Now Available to View Online!
The Park Avenue Historic District Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 11th. Stretching from 79th to 96th Streets, this section of Park Avenue is in keeping with the character, history, and architecture of the other designated portions of the avenue. Since the Request for Evaluation was submitted in 2010, FIVE historic buildings situated between 79th and 96th Streets have been lost. The Park Avenue Christian Church and Parish House, located within the limits of this proposed extension, is now threatened with the same fate.
