Join FRIENDS and architectural historian Matt Postal on a walking tour of Carnegie Hill. Our route includes many notable mid-to-late 20th century structures, including a number of stylish apartment buildings and houses of worship. Learn how the neighborhood continued to evolve after the Gilded Age and the roaring 20s, viewing works by such modern architects as Peter Blake, Philip Birnbaum, Morris Ketchum, Skidmore Owings & Merrill, and Gwathmey Siegel, as well as sculptor Louise Nevelson.
