Every year, we look forward to gathering with members and friends to celebrate and recognize the fine restoration, renovation, and advocacy work completed on the Upper East Side. It usually is a wonderful spring night, where our members learn about FRIENDS' activities the prior year and are treated to stories and remarks from the year's award recipients.
This year, since we can't be together in person, we are taking our awards TO YOU! From the ringing bell tower of the newly-restored Central Presbyterian Church, to the innovative and resilient restaurants that have enlivened our streetscape, we got out on the streets to capture the exciting projects we are highlighting this year.
In a video presentation on April 7th, we hope you will join us on Zoom to learn about six inspiring projects and sites that have contributed to the vibrancy of the Upper East Side, and hear from presenters and FRIENDS about what distinguishes this year's recipients. After the presentation, you'll have the chance to interact with other attendees. We look forward to seeing you -on video!- on April 7th to celebrate the Upper East Side once again.
Our Annual Meeting is also the perfect time to renew or join FRIENDS as a member, which you can do at the registration link below. Your continued support is the engine that fuels our work, and we sincerely appreciate it!
