M Rohrs was once where Upper East Siders could find expertise in coffee and tea. Opened in 1896 by Mary Rohrs the store covered in different coffee and tea that people could try. The store moved several times and even opened a café for a bit. M Rohrs however had to sadly close in 2011 due to increasing rent and the Second Ave subway construction. But Upper East Siders can still get their coffee from M Rohrs online and still have that fresh high quality that once was.
