FRIEND'S Testimony:

While FRIENDS Preservation Committee does not oppose the proposed modifications to the south terrace of this apartment unit, we would like to express our preference for transparent glass to be used in the new sunroom addition, rather than the darker shade depicted in the 3D renderings. Additionally, we believe that a wood railing for the north terrace is incongruous with the building's architectural style. A metal and glass railing would better maintain the aesthetic consistency of the proposed terrace alteration.
