We urge the applicant to ensure that all holes drilled in the historic fabric, required for the installation or removal of lighting fixtures, are watertight and do not cause any damage to the interior sanctuary. We also recommend that lighting be kept to a minimum to minimize disturbance to neighbors and wildlife.
