FRIENDS' testimony:
FRIENDS supports this application. We regret the 1942 alteration that led to the removal of the mansard roof designed by Heins and LaFarge. We approve the inclusion of a new terrace on the sixth floor on the back façade. However, we ask the client to improve the design of the new cornice on the front façade to make it more visually substantial and balanced, echoing the building's early 20th century aesthetic character.
