We are delighted to announce that the overall winner of the Great Preservation Bake-Off is an Upper East Sider! Congratulations to Bill Schutz, of Creative Cakes, and his astounding 3-foot-tall replica of the U.S. Customs House in Lower Manhattan.
Thank you to all that participated and helped celebrate the Holidays by creating a replica of their favorite New York City building. Thank you also to the panel of judges that had a very difficult decision to make, Fanny Gerson, Pamela Jerome, Liz Diller, and Eric Haugen.
