Schaller and Weber, a third generation run business has expanded its business in the fast casual dining and the finer dining. Schaller and Weber a lifelong butcher shop in the UES brings high quality meats and other groceries to people. So, when Jeremy Schaller, the grandson of one of the original owners saw how much Yorkville was changing, he took this to invest even more into the neighborhood. Schaller’s stube is a small hole in the wall next to the store. Once a meat locker, the Stube still holds meat but to sell on buns with various toppings. The shop has limited seating but continues the family tradition of providing German delicacy to the rest of Yorkville. But if a drink is more your fancy, then look no further than Jeremy’s, located right next to Schaller’s Stube this bar is inspired by both European and UES classic spaces.
