The owners of the CITY & SUBURBAN HOMES FIRST AVENUE ESTATE continue to claim that they cannot make a profit on this property, and still seek to demolish two landmark buildings. They have submitted additional material to the Landmarks Preservation Commission that will be presented at a public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 29th at 1:30pm.

Although testimony from the public will not be permitted at this meeting, we anticipate that the record will remain open for a couple of weeks, during which time written statements may be submitted. Please attend the meeting and send your letter of OPPOSITION to:
